Visual Feeder transforms street-level retail windows into immersive digital displays that captivate audiences and connect brands to the real world. We work with leading brands like Nike, Red Bull, and the NBA to deliver bold advertising experiences in high-traffic urban spaces.
As we scale, we’re looking for a Sales Outreach & Email Sequencing Assistant to help drive outbound efforts and keep our prospect pipeline flowing. This is a remote, contract role with flexible hours, ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable with tools like HubSpot.
Build and manage outbound sales sequences in HubSpot
Write, personalize, and schedule email campaigns to prospects
Maintain and clean contact lists, track response data, and log activity
Research and source new leads based on defined ICP (ideal customer profile)
Help manage follow-ups and support sales team with meeting coordination
Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and optimize campaign performance
Collaborate with founders and growth team on outreach strategy
Strong written English and ability to adapt tone for different audiences
AI Email sequence and generation
Experience with HubSpot CRM and Sequences (required)
Comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or virtual assistant roles
Self-starter mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io
Experience working with startups, media, or advertising companies
Ability to attend occasional virtual meetings during U.S. business hours
Avaible during U.S. time zone NEW YORK TIME (9am- 5pm Eastern Time)
Know sofware using HUBSPOT or SALES FORCE
Contract, hourly-based, part-time and fulltime.
