We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive, technically led Product Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone with great energy who thrives in a fast-paced environment, isn’t afraid to wear different hats, and takes initiative to drive impact. You’ll collaborate closely with product, technical, and commercial teams to shape product improvements and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the trial-to-paid conversion funnel.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure feature adoption and activation (e.g., campaign launched, reply received).
- Use product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) to identify user drop-offs and suggest improvements.
- Run and evaluate weekly product experiments with cross-functional teams.
- Work with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to gather feature requests and identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritise initiatives using a cost/impact matrix and revenue modelling.
- Create clear, actionable PRDs with user flows, use cases, mockups (Figma), and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct regular product surveys and maintain competitive benchmarking (features, pricing, UX, integrations).
- Coordinate with Marketing to prepare product launch content (emails, release notes, changelogs).
- Participate in weekly syncs with Sales/CS to resolve blockers and develop UX or product improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Lead requirements discussions, risk analysis, and scope planning with a focus on delivery trade-offs.
- Create flow and sequence diagrams to illustrate processes and user journeys.
- Actively contribute ideas and solutions to product or process challenges as push on AI
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar generalist role in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of growth loops, user psychology, and B2B SaaS product patterns..
- Proficient with Figma and comfortable working with product mockups and design collaboration.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and remote, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with no-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, ClickUp, Monday) is a plus.
- Understand APIs in depth.
- Familiarity and experience with infrastructure around AI (e.g. models, wrappers, prompting) understanding MCPs, Rag, vectors
- Comfortable working with technical documentation and PRDs
