As our Virtual Assistant, you'll be the right hand to our founder and core team, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Expect a mix of recurring admin tasks and project-based support, including:
Managing email inboxes and scheduling meetings
Handling light customer support (we’ll train you!)
Updating spreadsheets, documents, and internal dashboards
Posting and moderating content on LinkedIn, Reddit, and other platforms
Researching tools, competitors, or potential partners
Helping with small admin tasks related to Stripe, Notion, and email campaigns
You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions. You enjoy supporting others and get satisfaction from crossing things off the list.
Bonus points if you already love AI tools or want to be part of the future of work.
Must-haves:
Excellent written English
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
Able to manage your own time reliably in a remote environment
Comfortable working async with occasional check-ins
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with tools like Notion, Slack, Mailchimp, Stripe
Previous work as a VA, EA, or Operations Assistant
Interest in job search, hiring, or edtech
