We’re looking for a remote Technical Solutions Consultant to join us in supporting specialized church management systems and CRMs. We’re especially interested in someone who gets excited about making a difference for churches, enjoys documenting processes, and thrives in a team where people support each other.

What you’ll do:

• Partner directly with large U.S.-based churches to design creative, custom solutions
• Write clean, scalable code using SQL and Lava (Liquid) for Rock RMS
• Test, launch, and maintain applications and systems that churches rely on
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear, effective solutions
• Train and support clients, empowering them to get the most out of Rock RMS

What you bring:

• Strong experience with SQL, data migration, and data integrity
• Familiarity with Rock RMS or similar CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:

• Experience with church management software (Arena, F1, CCB, Planning Center, etc.)
• Front-end skills with jQuery and Bootstrap
• Direct experience working for a church and a passion for helping churches succeed
